Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of product/service
• Handle client complaints via chat
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools

Requirements:

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and in Italian
• Strong general IT skills, including advanced level Excel
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills
• A calm, respectful demeanour
• The ability to analyse information
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
